2. The production line table has a suction device. The production line drive uses servo motors for more precise distance transmission.
3. The squeegee's up-and-down movement features a seamless guide column structure, ensuring smooth and effortless movement and improved printing quality.
4. The squeegee's left-and-right movement uses a 400W servo motor with a 1:15 reducer and dual guide rails, suitable for high-precision printing.
5. The screen frame lifting mechanism uses guide columns for high precision and smooth, stable movement.
6. The production line's dimensions are 2000mm x 850mm x 1560mm.
7. Custom screen setting options (screen setting and screen fixing) can be configured according to customer needs, significantly improving efficiency.
8. The machine can be set to print once or twice, in a fully automatic printing mode, depending on the workpiece's printing requirements.
